We believe that Physical Therapy should encompass more than rehab from injuries.

Our comprehensive approach to obtain and maintain whole health is intended for all ages, abilities and functional levels.

Our ultimate goal is to facilitate wellness for all.

Balance Assessment & Fall Prevention

A fall risk assessment checks to see how likely it is that you will fall. It is mostly done for older adults or individuals who have experienced a neurological event.

The assessment usually includes an initial screening. This includes a series of questions about your overall health and if you’ve had previous falls or problems with balance, standing, and/or walking.

Dry Needling Treatments

Dry needling is a treatment performed by skilled, trained medical and chiropractic providers, certified in the procedure.

A thin monofilament needle penetrates the skin and treats underlying muscular trigger points for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments.

Clinic and Home Visits

If you cannot make it into one of our locations we offer home visits to help keep you in tip-top shape.

Building Strength and Longevity

Muscle mass gradually declines as part
of the aging process—called sarcopenia, it’s considered one of the largest risks for loss of function, mobility, and independence for older adults. And, according to a new study, it could even lead to dying earlier.

But there’s good news, Sarcopenia isn’t inevitable, and can even be reversed by exercise, especially resistance training. An especially important note is that the younger you start, the better, since preventing muscle loss is much easier than trying to play catchup. A previous study found that people over age 60 need to lift weight more often than younger adults
to maintain muscle mass and muscle size.
